Orders placed after 2PM EST, Mon-Fri, will ship the following business day. This is considered the first business day and will be scanned in transit once received by our carrier.
Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, or weekends, will not ship until the following Monday - or - business day during holidays.

Hassle-Free Returns
If for any reason you decide not to keep any item you have ordered, you have up to 14 days from receiving your order to send an item back to us.
We will refund or exchange returned items provided they are delivered back to us complete with all packaging and tags, unworn and unused (i.e. the same as they were received). Normally refunds and exchanges will be processed on the same day that the goods are received back by us. The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer.
