Accessibility

Eli Coffee Co LLC wants everyone to be able to use elicoffeeco.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we do

  • We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
  • We check the site with automated accessibility tools when we make changes, and fix the problems they find.
  • Our pages use real headings, descriptive image text, a skip-to-content link, keyboard-reachable menus, and text colors chosen to be readable against their backgrounds.

What we know is not perfect

Some parts of the site come from other providers, such as Shopify checkout, maps, and our order-ahead service at eli.ozwellfitness.com. We do not control their accessibility, but we will pass along any problem you report.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on the site is hard to use, email help@drinkeli.com with the page and what went wrong. We will reply within five business days and, if you need it, help you place an order or get the information another way while we fix it.
