The claim test

Every sentence on this site has to survive one question: what would we show someone who didn't believe it? A farm, a grade, a date, or nothing at all.

Why we choose what we choose

Questions, answered.

Why A2 dairy?
Easier to digest: A2 protein is gentler on the stomach than A1 in regular milk. Body-friendly: A2 is the original milk protein, also found in human milk, supporting better digestion. Ours comes from Family Tyme Creamery.
Why Ceylon cinnamon?
True cinnamon: Ceylon cinnamon, known as "true cinnamon," is the highest quality variety, unlike cassia, which is more common and less refined. We use Alba grade, the highest.
Why Nekohama matcha?
First harvest: A single-origin matcha made from tencha leaves grown in Kagoshima, Japan. Ground fresh monthly, shipped by air & stored frozen. Naturally sweet. Creamy. Smooth umami. No bitterness.
