Processing time

Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days. Because our pottery is handmade, some pieces take longer. If yours will be delayed, we will email you. Orders placed during a posted closure ship once we reopen.

Shipping in the United States

• Standard: $5.99
• Express: $9.99

The price and estimated delivery time for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you will get an email with tracking.

International shipping

We ship to many countries through DHL. The rate for your order is calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are charged by the destination country, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are paid by you. If a package is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, we can refund the items minus the shipping costs.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it only if the order has not shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your building office first, then email us within 14 days and we will open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We will replace it or refund you.
